Shenzhen Sunmy Hardware manufactures custom sheet-metal enclosures for diagnostic instruments, laboratory automation, optical systems, industrial electronics, and special-purpose equipment. Dimensions, access panels, ventilation, connector cutouts, internal brackets, precision collars, hardware, and finishes can all be tailored from customer drawings or samples. Depending on the design, the project can combine laser cutting or punching, CNC bending, welding or fastening, secondary CNC machining and turning, hardware installation, and finishing.

Sheet-Metal Blank Development & Forming: Laser cutting or punching creates openings, slots, ventilation and mounting features before CNC bending. Bend radii, grain direction, edge distance and assembly access are reviewed before production.

Precision Machined Interfaces: Cylindrical collars, datum bores, sliding slots, threaded mounts and other tight-fit features can be CNC machined or turned separately and integrated into the enclosure.

Structural Joining & Hardware Integration: TIG/laser welding, spot welding, riveting, PEM hardware, weld nuts and threaded inserts are selected according to material, stiffness, service access and volume.

Surface Finish & Inspection: Brushing, passivation, anodizing, powder coating, plating and marking are selected to suit the base material. Critical datums, holes, formed dimensions and cosmetic criteria are inspected to the agreed plan.

Yes. We support build-to-print and sample-based customization. Send the 2D/3D drawing where available, plus mating-part or interface requirements. Dimensions, openings, hardware, material and finish can be reviewed before quotation.
Yes. Machined collars, precision slots, datum bores, threaded bosses or mounting surfaces can be coordinated with the sheet-metal body under one manufacturing plan. Joining and inspection methods are defined from the drawing.
FAI, critical-dimension records, material certificates and finish documentation can be supplied when required. Prototype through repeat production is supported; MOQ and lead time are quoted after process review.
We work with Aluminum Sheet, 304 / 316 Stainless Steel, Cold-Rolled Steel, and Galvanized Steel, with final material grades determined per your drawing specifications.
