We support single-piece prototypes and low-volume runs through CNC machining, 3D printing and urethane casting, and scale to mass production through die casting, injection molding and stamping. Share your target quantity and we will recommend the most cost-effective process.
What tolerances can you hold?
Standard CNC tolerances are ±0.01 mm, and critical features can be held down to ±0.005 mm. Dimensions are verified with CMM inspection and documented in FAI reports before shipment.
How do you protect my drawings and intellectual property?
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with you by email before collecting any 3D or CAD files. Because you deal directly with the factory, your data is never passed to brokers or third-party traders.
Which quality documents come with shipments?
Material certificates, RoHS compliance documents, First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and CMM dimensional reports can be supplied per project.
Which processes are performed in-house?
CNC machining and stamping run in our own facilities. Casting and surface finishing are completed by audited partners. All final quality control, CMM inspection and FAI are executed in-house by Sunmy engineers before global shipping.
Which CAD file formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, STL, DWG/DXF and PDF 2D drawings are all accepted. If you only have a physical sample, we can reverse-engineer it into a production drawing.
