Shenzhen Sunmy Hardware Co., Ltd. supplies custom stainless steel dual-thread hanger bolts for timber-to-metal connections, mounting brackets and project-specific fastening assemblies. One end has a machine thread for a mating nut or tapped component; the other has a pointed coarse wood thread for engagement in a suitable timber substrate. CNC turning and secondary operations support non-standard lengths, flange dimensions and drive features. Solar mounting applications can be evaluated against the customer's assembly design, installation conditions and validation requirements.
The illustrated configuration combines a machine-thread end, an internal six-lobe drive recess, external hexagonal wrench flats, an integral seating flange and a coarse pointed thread. Thread lengths, flange position, wrench access and drive geometry can be adjusted to match your mating components. This is a made-to-order component, not a fixed catalogue size. Final material, finish, thread engagement and acceptance criteria are confirmed on the approved production drawing.
For machined configurations, bar stock is turned to the required shank, flange and transition diameters. Workholding and tool access are reviewed to control the relationships between both thread sections. Swiss-type or conventional CNC turning is selected for the actual geometry and order volume, with secondary setups planned around the critical datums.
The internal six-lobe recess is produced using a suitable broaching or machining method. Recess profile, depth, tool engagement and remaining wall section are reviewed together. The required drive designation, matching bit and inspection method are agreed before manufacture.
Wrench flats and the flange are manufactured to the specified across-flats size, thickness and axial position. Their relationship to the threads is checked so the installer can access the drive and counter-hold the fastener. The flange provides a seating feature; any sealing function depends on the specified assembly.
Each end has its own thread specification. Diameter, pitch, engagement length, runout and root transitions are reviewed before choosing the thread-making process. Mating threads are checked with suitable gauges; the wood-thread profile and point follow the approved drawing. Pilot-hole and embedment requirements belong in the installation specification.
Thread starts, flange edges and the drive opening are deburred without changing functional geometry. Cleaning, stainless steel passivation or another compatible finish is specified for the selected material. When ASTM A967/A967M is requested, agree the treatment and acceptance method. Required corrosion testing is defined by its method, duration and acceptance criteria.
